First, thanks to Kristen for switching months with me...it was a tough semester and I had no room for creative juices...the end of the semester left me a shell of a woman.
Second, I absolutely love the first track on the June in April mixed CD. I appreciate that fun mix of a catchy-happy tune with jaded lyrics...so Nelly McKay. I can't recall who sings that song but is the rest of their CD good?

Ah, I'm finally out of the academic weeds and can respond.
I love the Jenny Lewis CD. If you like the Melt Your Heart track from her too, you're likely to enjoy the rest of the CD.
I've been listening to the Arcade Fire CD endlessly these days. I think everyone needs this one. It's almost better than sex and a gin martini!
